In Order to book a photography session, a deposit of half the total is required. This deposit is non-refundable. Paying total amount for sessions is not permitted. Please contact ____________ with preferred shooting dates. Once a date is agreed upon you will receive a confirmation email containing date, time & address for your session
If you can not make your appointment, you must cancel before 24 Hours before the shoot.
To reschedule the appointment it must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date , a rescheduling fee will be applied.
If rescheduled within 30 days your deposit will be transferrable.
If no date is scheduled, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new booking session.
EDITS MAY TAKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1-2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON QUANTITY

Images will be processed and turned in no later than two business days after the session. Please Allow Up to three business days for group shoots.
Images will be sent by Email through Photo Gallery
Jay Productions has a strict policy against NCNS (No-Call/No-Shows) any NCNS is an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling more than once or canceling less than 24 hours will also result in loss of deposit.
- After 20 mins. late your session will be cancelled.
- Going over your allotted session time will result in upcharge.
- Please note that all props are not included/provided in the session. If you want props (i.e. balloons or confetti for a birthday shoot) you must bring them or contact me to arrange them ahead of time.
- No children allowed unless being photographed.
Jay Productions reserves the right to display all client work on all Marketing Platforms.
