While we're based in Lake Charles, LA, we're happy to travel on-site for your session. A travel fee of $75 per hour applies to locations within one hour of Lake Charles . Travel exceeding two hours may require additional fees depending on distance and lodging needs. Sessions within Lake Charles city limits do not incur a travel fee.

Travel fees not included at the time of booking will be added upon review.

For those who prefer the softer light of later in the day with a dramatic taste, we offer "Night Owl Sessions" for bookings after 5:00 pm. This allows you to capture stunning photos with beautiful sunset lighting.

Please note: An additional fee applies to Night Owl Sessions.

No problem! Even if your chosen package doesn't include studio time, you can easily add it on during booking. This flexibility allows you to:

Keeping Things Flexible:

We understand that schedules can change! While we strive to be accommodating, rescheduling a session close to the date can impact our workflow. To ensure fairness and maintain our booking calendar, a rescheduling fee may apply to changes requested within 48 hours of your session.

We may have turned down other bookings to accommodate your original session time.

Our photographers have a busy schedule, and late arrivals can sometimes impact following sessions. To be fair to everyone, a late arrival fee may apply after a grace period (as outlined in your contract).

We understand the excitement of seeing your photos! We typically deliver edited images within 10 - 14 business days, but if you'd like them sooner, we offer a rush fee add-on.

This rush fee prioritizes your edit, ensuring you receive your beautiful images in a shorter timeframe.

Travel Time Add-Ons:
Up to 30 Minutes: Capture the perfect scene closer to your primary location with this add-on, allowing travel time within a 30-minute radius.
Up to 1 Hour: This add-on extends your session's reach to a location within a one-hour travel radius, offering more diverse backgrounds further away.
Up to 2 Hours: For maximum flexibility, choose this add-on to travel up to two hours from the primary location, allowing you to explore distant and unique settings.

Love the golden light of sunrise? Our "before business hour add-on" is perfect for you! This allows you to schedule your session to start earlier than our regular opening hours, giving you the opportunity to capture stunning morning photos.

Example: If our regular hours begin at 9 am, this add-on lets you book a session as early as 7 am).
